Flaws in the space gray version of Apple Watch Sport

Some Apple Watch users are having some issues with the Apple logo on the back of their devices. Apparently, it would be disappearing or partially erasing, in addition to appearing some scratches or flaws in the text that surrounds it. This is clear from the complaints and claims that users of Apple's smart watch are publishing on the Internet.

The problems seem to be going on for a few months. Some posts on the Reddit social network show examples of how the logo on the back of the Apple Watch shows imperfections or partial erasures. Also, last week, a user post on Apple's official support forums suggested the same type of problem.

A person who brought it to the attention of Apple's helpdesk and support service was contacted by the specialized website AppleInsider. He claimed to have received a call from someone from the company in response to his problem in which they promised that the device would be replaced with a new one without any expense, so that Apple engineers could study the problem more thoroughly. To further analyze the damage to the watch, the Apple representative asked the customer about the weather in the area, the activity levels that the device supported and if it had been submerged in water. In addition, he also indicated that other people had also reported similar problems but that it had only happened with the space gray Sport version.

Apparently, all units with these defects correspond to this model of the watch, which suggests that the problem arises with the way the text is printed on this model of Apple Watch Sport. Stainless steel watches have the text engraved instead of printed, maybe that's where the shots of the problems that are being reported come from.

And is this going to replace premium watches? I'm a big apple fan but does this device compare to a premium watch? Hello? I do not give credit, that does not happen even to the seediest Lotus ... Anyway ...

You have had few Lotus ...

Apple is studying what the problem is and according to those affected themselves comment on the forums, Apple is offering them the replacement.

Don't talk about what you don't know, rude. You are going to give me watchmaking classes, you can tell me that you are uneducated and that the little apple makes you drool ...

Believe it or not, I bought the Apple Watch on June 26 in Puerta del Sol and what you say happened to me. I called AppleCare and they said they are going to see what they can do because AppleCare does not cover "cosmetic" defects. I have been stunned when it is clearly seen that it is a problem of corrosion of the paint that has been used on the adonized aluminum. Pieces of the watch fall out as is. Mine has already lost the apple and is spreading to the letters.

I would go directly to the Apple Store to complain. It seems that Apple is offering the replacement, at least that's what the affected people who are publishing it on the internet say.

    Good,
I have been one of those affected, when I called Apple Care "they said" that they knew nothing and to send it so they could study it. They ended up giving me a new one but from what I'm reading there are cases in which it has been replaced by a new one and it has happened again.
It gives me that they are crazy when it is claimed they tell you that they do not know anything but they do know, there are hundreds of watches that have changed due to this problem and from what you see, even if they change it, it will happen to you again being a manufacturing failure if it is not solved no matter how much they change it, it will continue to happen
If it happens to me again, I am going to demand a superior model, it is inadmissible that this is happening and I think that the media should echo this news so that they put a solution once and for all and not fight us

It has also happened to me and they have told me in Apple that I do not worry that they will repair it but I think the same if they repair it and after two months it is the same we are in the same they would have to give us a superior model because of the shit it cannot being that a watch of almost € 500 after two months of grief below I have had casios that have lasted me for decades and they are perfect
