In addition to the hardware novelties presented or rather launched yesterday, the Cupertino company does not stop the machinery of beta versions for developers and launched the final versions also called golden master from iOS 13.4. watchOS 6.2, macOS 10.15.4, and tvOS 13.4 for developers. In all these versions the changes are decisive and it can be said that we are facing the final versions that will reach our devices in one or two weeks if all is well in terms of functionality and stability.
Apple is clear that these beta versions for developers are already the final ones and this has been the case for a long time so in them the improvements are based on the stability and security, there are no major changes in these developer betas. The developers do not even have to update when the final versions are released after having the GM (golden master) installed, so there are no changes compared to the official version that will be released shortly.
Now everything depends on the rush the company has to launch the new versions but it seems clear that this wait will not take too long. For now, users in public beta versions will also be able to install this final version via OTA and wait for the release of the official version to put aside the betas or continue in them. As I always say, the best thing if you are not a developer and you do not want to have some other problem is to put aside these beta versions and not use them at least on the main devices, it will not be long for the final version so be patient and soon we will be able to enjoy all of the novelties implemented in iOS 13.4 and the rest of Apple's OS.
