Google Drive is updated with a couple of improvements for iOS users

Google Drive

It is clear that Google wanted to grab all the headlines in the world of technology today after big announcements like the new Nexus 7 tablet, the Chromecast gadget and the arrival of Android 4.3. All these novelties have been accompanied by a Google Drive app update for iOS devices that brings news that we have already seen in other applications of the company in previous weeks.

We know that Google wants to keep users in its environment and that is why it began to add an option to open links in the Chrome browser, developed by the company itself, in its iOS applications. This feature reaches the Google Drive version 1.5.0 in the App Store and allows users to open any link through Safari, Google's default browser, or through Google Chrome.

On the other hand, now the tool gives us the option to insert rows and columns with the "+" button in Google spreadsheets.

Lastly, stability improvements have been added to the application.

They should put a preview of images like Google Drive for Android. That would be a good feature.
