The International Safe Internet Day promotes the responsible and safe use of new technologies mainly among children and young people, who are still not very clear on the issue of privacy and their rights. For some time now, the Internet has become almost the only means of communication between millions of people and every day there are more problems related to the security of our data, either in the form of malware, attacks on servers ... and they are becoming increasingly common. plus devices that have internet access.
To celebrate this trust, Google wanted to join the parties and you're giving away 2GB of Google Drive storage just by doing a security check of our data. This check is intended to secure the account of Google users against possible unwanted access and it will only take a few minutes. It also gives us 2 GB, with which we may not be able to do much, but surely on the least expected day you will miss them if you do not get them.
To access this check, we just have to open Google on its home page, or click directly on this link. Next, it will ask us for our username and password to verify that we are the legitimate owners. In the next step our phone number and email will be displayed in case we need to recover the Gmail account.
In the next step we find all the ddevices with which we connect to Google services, where we will find the smartphones and tablets that we use in addition to the computers used to access. In the next step, all the applications that we have authorized to our account as email managers and services used to access services. Once this last step is finished, we will have finished and throughout the day we will receive the 2 GB of free storage.
