Google Podcast now supports CarPlay

One of the Apple services that has improved the most in recent times is C, the service with which we can control our iPhone from our car multimedia system. A service that allows us to forget about being aware of our device since while it is charging (in most wired systems), we can have access to our music and a large part of our applications. Needless to say, we still have to exercise caution, and in many countries it is even forbidden to operate CarPlay while driving. There are many apps that have been adapted to CarPlay, the latest one: Google Podcast. We can now use the Google podcast service from our car with CarPlay.

Google Podcast thus joins the other podcast apps available in CarPlay, apps like Apple's own Podcast, or Spotify with its desire to be the leader in the Podcast market. A free application that in this case allows us to listen to our favorite podcasts, explore new podcasts that suit our groups, or browse the list of the most listened to podcasts. The best is that Google Podcast has the Google search engine, and we already know how far this goes. As we have told you, with this latest update, we will have the possibility of using Google Podcast in our car thanks to Apple CarPlay, so we can listen to our favorite podcasts in an easier and safer way while driving.

A great novelty that denotes Google's interest in adapting to the new times, and gradually adding all the possibilities of the Apple ecosystem. At the end the more users use their applications, the better for them, and especially being in the competition's ecosystem. And you, what podcast application do you use in your day to day? What is your favorite podcast app for your CarPlay?
