How long does it take for the iPad Pro to fully charge?

The new iPad Pro has already been among users for a couple of days. With an A9X processor, 4GB of RAM and incredible pixel density iPad Pro maintains the same battery life than all the models that have preceded it, which is around 10 o'clock. The iPad Pro comes with a 12 W charger despite having a higher capacity battery than its smaller siblings. Charging the iPad is one of the tasks that we are forced to always perform at night due to the large amount of time it takes to fully charge.

According to the data provided by ArsTechnica, which has squeezed the device to the fullest, the duration of a full charge of the iPad Pro can take us between four and four and a half hours, as long as we do not make any use of the device, since charging would take even longer. At first that it takes four hours or more is not a problem, as long as we charge it at night, but the problem comes when we are running low on battery and we need to charge it either in an airport or in a hotel room to be able to continue making continued use of it.

With this data, to be able to charge a quarter of the battery we need at least one hour, without making use of it and deactivating all the connections by activating the airplane mode. According to iFixit, iPad Pro battery is 3,77 v with 10,307 mAh while the smaller previous model integrates a 7.340 mAh battery with a voltage of 3,76 v. A curious fact about this iPad Pro is the length of the cable that Apple includes with the device, similar to the one provided with the Apple Watch but somewhat shorter.
