- Now we activate the option "Do not disturb while I train" and ready

Every time we start a workout with the Apple Watch will be activated automatically the option of Do not disturb and the best of all is that once we finish the training the option will return to its usual state also deactivating automatically. This is a good way to focus fully on training, although it is true that sometimes we need to receive notifications while we exercise and in these cases we have to deactivate the function following the previous steps from the Watch app on the iPhone.
