The latest version of the Apple Watch operating system adds the option to customize Activity rings depending on our tastes. A few days ago Apple launched a video in which they showed us how to do this customization and today we want to share it with you.
This is a very simple procedure to perform but it is important to know the steps for it. It really is in a fairly accessible place and any user can get to this setting easily by directly accessing the Activity rings on the watch. This configuration option is done from the Apple Watch itself in a few seconds so we go with them.
We click on the digital crown and select the activity rings. Once inside, we go down to the bottom of the screen (either with our finger or with the digital crown itself) and click on the Change Goals option. Here we see the first option to modify the "Movement target", select what is desired and click on Next. Then the exercise objective appears and finally the "Standing" to add the hours we want. Clever
The video in the apple support channel is:
Previously in watchOS we only had the option to edit the movement ring available. Now with the new version of the operating system we can select the rest of the rings to our liking and thus have a progress closer to our possibilities. In any case, the important thing is to move a little a day to be as healthy as possible and it is true that having the Apple Watch can help us a little more to avoid sedentary life. Have you modified the Activity rings yet?
