Surely many of you use an account in Dropbox to store some of your photos in the cloud. From the official application of this service we have access to all our files but on some occasion we may need this photograph to be stored in the memory of our iPhone.
In case you didn't know, the Dropbox application for iOS devices allows us download photos and save them in the iPhone memory in a matter of seconds, to do this, we just have to perform a few simple steps:
- The first of all is to have a Dropbox account and the official application installed on our iPhone.
- The next step is to locate and open the photo that we want to download in the iPhone memory.
- When the photograph is open, we click on the icon in the lower right corner and in it, a contextual menu will appear in which we will see the option "Save to your photo library" on which we must click.
- The download will then begin and the photo will appear in the iPhone's memory when the process is complete.
As you can appreciate, the process does not involve any type of complication. We can also "play" with other options such as copying the image to the clipboard or printing it.
If instead of downloading the image in the memory of the iPhone we want share it by email, Facebook, Twitter or through a link, the icon to click is the first one that appears in the lower left corner.
Although iCloud allows us to save photos in the cloud and synchronize them between different devices, Dropbox is a much more versatile option by allowing us to store any type of file.
