The European COVID certificate is available to those who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 or who have had the disease. Accessible from the website of the Ministry of Health or the health services of your Autonomous Community, it can be downloaded in PDF format to print or have it on your iPhone. And now it is compatible with the Card Holder application "Wallet" of your iPhone to have it much more at hand, and from the website of the Ministry of Health, nothing to give your data to other websites or applications. How can you get it?
In order to request it, it is necessary to have the Digital Certificate. If you do it from a computer it will be easier, and with the Autofirma application you will be able to complete the application. Since the iPhone or iPad is more complicated, you must have the permanent Cl @ ve to be able to use the signature Cl @ ve. If you don't know what I'm talking about, better do it on the computer with the certificate and the Self-signature application.
You must access the website of the Ministry of Health enabled for this (link) and follow the steps indicated. It is important not to leave the website of the Ministry, because if you use another website you will not be able to download it to Wallet. To identify yourself you will need the Digital Certificate installed on your computer. After answering some questions about whether you have had the disease or if you are vaccinated, and where you have been vaccinated, you will reach the application form.
In this form it is important that you look at the bottom, so that you mark that you want to receive the certificate in Wallet or Passbook format. You must fill in all the fields that are indicated to you to be able to go to the next step.
This is the most critical part of the entire procedure. On a computer, you will have to use the Self-signature app together with the digital Certificate to be able to complete the application. On the iPhone and iPad it is much more complicated, since there is no AutoSignature. You must be registered in Cl @ ve and have permanent Cl @ ve, in order to use Cl @ ve signature and complete the application. The day will come when all these procedures will be much simpler but to this day, it is still hell to deal with the administration websites.
If you have managed to overcome the entire process, in a few minutes (sometimes an hour) you will receive an email and an SMS with the link to download the Certificate to the Card Holder or Wallet app. As if it were a credit card, you can show it by pressing the side button twice from your iPhone. And it also includes information about your vaccine.
