After updating to iOS 8 some users have reported problems with WiFi syncing between iTunes and iPhone. some errors are infinite sync and others just don't try, it just doesn't work.
Whatever your case, there we present you some options to repair this functionalityIt depends on your case, it will work in some of the steps, but at least you will have options.
Update iOS and iTunes
Fundamental to any problem with iOS or OS X, is to check that we are running the latest version of operating system. In this case we will have to check it for iOS and also for iTunes.
I remind you how to check for new software on iOS, follow this path: Settings > General > Software update. If there is a new version, it will appear here and you can proceed with the update.
To check for updates in iTunes, simply access the program and follow the path: iTunes > Search for updates. If there is one available, it will inform you and guide you in the process to update it. You can also check the Mac App Store to see the updates that you can install on your system and confirm that iTunes is not among them.
Check if the synchronization, if not, go to the next step.
Restart iTunes and all devices
The next logical step is reset everything. While restarting iTunes alone is usually sufficient, you can completely restart your computer for a deeper restart. You must also restart the iPhone. Verify that both reconnect to the same WiFi network y find out if WiFi sync works, if not, go to next step.
Reconfigure WiFi
Sometimes, the bad configurations of the WiFi networks can lead to the system to give errors. Since we are trying to sync via WiFi, we will remove and reconnect both devices to WiFi.
On iOS:

- Tap on WiFi on top.

Although it is not a definitive solution it's a temporary patch which has solved the problem for many users, to deactivate the Handoff follow the steps: Settings > General > Handoff and suggested applications, deactivate the Handoff option (it must remain gray).

Clear network settings on iPhone
If all else fails, reset iPhone network settings could get WiFi sync to work. The problem is that resetting network settings causes all WiFi passwords to be reset and this applies to other types of network settings such as Bluetooth devices.
Steps: Settings > General > Resetting > Reset network settings. At this time it will request the password and confirmation. Confirm and that's it.

Wait for iOS 8.1
iOS 8.1 is currently in beta and should be available in the next few weeks.
