How to instantly improve the performance of your iPhone

Buy iPhone 5

iOS is not an operating system that has major software problems, but it is true that more and more users are complaining about performance issues, especially since the arrival of the latest version of Apple's mobile operating system, iOS 9. Older devices are the hardest hit and one of the reasons may be its low RAM memory, remaining at only 512mb if the iPhone is an iPhone 4. What can we do to improve performance? Well, there is a pretty simple trick that I have verified that it works.

Apple's way of managing RAM usually works, but this is not to say that it is perfect. Sometimes we may want free up some of the RAM, which will only be used by the applications that we open from that moment on. There are applications in the App Store that already do it, but the trick that we bring you today we do without third-party applications and we achieve it in less than ten seconds.

How to improve the performance of an iPhone

  1. We press and hold the sleep button until we see the slider.
  2. We release the sleep button.
  3. We press the start button until it enters the home screen.

The improvement is instantaneous. Logically, you will not have to use this trick if you are doing something important in the background. I have tried it and when I enter Safari again, all the tabs have reloaded, and even some of them did not finish working as they should. But, on the other hand, I have noticed the system a little more fluid, although it is also true that it could be a bit of the placebo effect. If you have an iPhone that gives you performance problems, you can try it and comment on your experience. Has this simple trick improved your performance?

I have tried it and I have seen that all the open Apps have been reset, but none of the performance improves. Is that really iOS 9.1 on an iPhone 5S goes like a shot without doing experiments. Does this work for iOS 8?

Sorry to contradict you, but iOS 9.1 is slower than iOS 8.4.1 and it's not even close to a shot even restoring it from scratch (I had the 5S with iOS 9.0.2 and iOS 9.1), in addition to the lag that they still haven't fixed after of several versions of iOS…. Let's hope that the 9.2 comes out well polished and the 5S returns to recover the lost fluidity.

It is clear that Apple increasingly makes the iOS heavier so that those of us who use iPhone can buy others with more resources.
iOS 9 is going like the ass!
