Apple released iOS 7.0.6 yesterday, fixing a major SSL-related bug. Despite the fact that in a Beta of iOS 7.1 Apple already corrected the bugs that allow the Jailbreak with Evasi0n, it seems that it has not had much interest in correcting it in this "minor" version of iOS. Therefore you can Jailbreak iOS 7.0.6 with Evasi0n, but the application in its current version (1.0.5) does not recognize this version of iOS as compatible and does not allow to start the process. A simple modification to the Evasi0n executable fixes this and it allows you to Jailbreak your devices from now on, without having to wait for the Jailbreak to launch. Since the news broke last night, there are many who have verified that it works perfectly, so there is no problem in publishing this tutorial so that those who do not want to wait do it. We also offer direct download links to the Evasi0n applications for Windows and Mac already patched, in case anyone wants to download them directly.

Requirements to modify it yourself
If you want to modify the file yourself, it is quite simple, you only need the following:
- evasion 0
- A hex editor: HexEdit (Mac) or Free Hex Editor Neo (Windows)
- Device updated to iOS 7.0.6
Patch Evasi0n to detect 7.0.6 as compatible
If we connect our device to Evasi0n with iOS 7.0.6, this will be what we will see: "Sorry, the iOS version 7.0.6 (11B651) of the connected device is not supported." That is precisely what we are going to modify. We already have everything we need downloaded and installed on our computer. We run the hex editor and we open Evasi0n.
We are browsing Evasi0n 7> Content> MacOS and we select Evasi0n7.
A completely unreadable window will then open to us for those who have no experience with this type of editors. Rest assured that the procedure is very simple and no special knowledge is required to do it.
Now press on our keyboard "cmd + F" (Mac) or "ctrl + F" (Windows) and a search window will open.
In the «Find» box we write 11B511 and click on «Find Next». Be careful with the capital letters that are important.
In the main window that text will appear highlighted in blue, as shown in the image. Now we must delete the last part and change that sequence to 11B651.
Check that the text is as it appears in the image (be careful with the capital letters again), Save the file and close the application. Tried now to run Evasi0n with your device connected with iOS 7.0.6, you will see that it is already perfectly compatible and what can you do jailbreak no problem.

Indeed if you update to 7.0.6, you will have to do the jailbreak again, I would recommend that you install pkgbakcup (cydia backup) and that's it.
