One of the options that we have available in the iCloud calendar is to share a scheduled event with anyone who has iCloud. Thus everyone with whom we share the event will receive a notification of the same and it will be registered automatically once they accept it in their calendar
If it's about a direct copy of our calendar to other people's calendar, with alerts, notices and everything that we have written down in it. It is a very efficient way to share events with other people on any iOS device.
To perform this action is as simple as access our calendar, click on the lower option Calendars click on the iCloud (here we can have several calendars in the case that we have synchronized those of our emails or our own iPhone, we have to access the iCloud) click on the "I" to share the event we want and then add the person or people with whom we want to share the event.
When we send it, the recipient of this would receive the alert in the same calendar, just at the bottom right «Entrance». With these steps it is easy to quickly share the event on our calendar with other people efficiently and quickly. Logically, when it is shared by email, we must previously have the email of our contact registered in the agenda. This action allows us to share any type of calendar that we have on our iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
