Despite the fact that the guys from Cupertino continue to bet year after year to equip the camera with the same megapixels of resolution, it is true that every year, the camera improves a lot. To this we must add the new functions that Apple has provided to the Camera application with the arrival of iOS 8.

Depending on how we are going to use the iPad camera, the device will offer us different options. Taking a panoramic photo is not the same as taking a normal photograph, or taking a video or time-lapse. Despite the different options that we find depending on the use that we are going to make of the camera, The operation is very simple, something common in all devices that Apple manufactures.

If we want to record a video, we just have to select the Video option at the bottom. To focus on the object we want to record in question just we have to click on the area of the screen where the subject or object in question is located for that device's camera. The operation of the Photo option is exactly the same.

If once we have focused on the object or subject to record or photograph, we check that the resulting image is too dark or too light, we press on the object in question again, we slide our finger up to clarify the image or slide it down if too much light is entering the lens and we want to reduce its brightness.

Another option, which we only find when we want to take a photograph, are the timer controls, that allow us to delay the shot up to 10 seconds. When we are going to take an image where there are very light and very dark areas, we must click on the HDR option. This option will take 3 photographs focusing the exposure in the darkest area, in the lightest area and in both, to later put them together and offer us a more than acceptable result that otherwise would have been very difficult to achieve.
