The screen with double hole design of the iPhone 14 Pro will arrive in 2023 to all iPhones

Apple's spring event starts in the afternoon. However, there are no forecasts of knowing any news about the iPhone except for the possible launch of a special edition of Green iPhone 13, as also happened last year with the purple iPhone 12. But even if there is no news, Apple teams continue to work on the designs and production of the iPhone 14 that It will see the light in the month of September. It talks about a dual hole-punch display design on iPhone 14 Pro leaving the rest of the models with a notch. However, a new report predicts the arrival of the double hole to the iPhone 15 in all its models.

The 2023 iPhones will have the double hole design of the iPhone 14 Pro

The double hole proposed by Apple would be an intermediate step to definitively end the notch of the iPhone. The intermediate step consists of reducing the notch by having a pill-shaped hole that would include all the sensors and cameras necessary to unlock the terminal through Face ID. In the other, smaller hole, we would find the FaceTime HD camera. This double hole design would only be available on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. This would therefore leave the 14 and 14 mini looking quite similar to previous generations with the same notch.

But in 2023 everything seems to take a turn. The latest analysis published by Ross young comments on Apple's intentions of apply the double hole design on the screen of all iPhone 15. In other words, we would go from having this design in only the iPhone 14 Pro range to applying it in 2023 to all iPhone 15 models.

There is also the possibility that Apple removes all the holes from the iPhone screen. In fact, there are many groups and engineers within the Big Apple working on it. And, although it is feasible, they do not believe that its development and mass production can be available by 2023, which would leave the definitive change of the screen as we know it now for the iPhone 16 in 2024.
