iCleaner Pro, remove junk from your device (Cydia)

iCleaner-Pro-1

Jailbreak opens a new world for those of us who have an iOS device: Cydia. The unofficial app store for iOS has great apps that offer us options that many of us miss on iOS, but also offer us other little useful applications that we end up deleting. Other apps don't download properly, or repositories don't update as they should at times. The result? Garbage that accumulates on our device, and free space that is being occupied. The solution? iCleaner Pro, which has just been updated to be compatible with iOS 7 and with all devices, including the new iPads and the new iPhone 5s.

iCleaner Pro remove all those useless files that only take up spaceIt even helps us to be able to solve some Cydia bugs, by allowing us to clean dependencies no longer used, and other temporary files that sometimes make things not go as they should. The list of options that it offers us is the following:

  • Message attachments: Remove all iMessage and MMS attachments. The "Smart" option removes those that are not shown in any message, and the "On" option removes all of them.
  • Safari: delete cache, cookies, history ...
  • Applications: delete cache, cookies, screenshots ...
  • Cydia: delete cache, temporary files, only partially downloaded files ...
  • Cydia Repositories (disabled) removes all repositories, so it should only be used if you are having trouble updating them and you can't manually remove the one causing the problems.
  • Unused dependencies (disabled): delete those Cydia files that were installed because they are necessary but are no longer necessary.
  • Log files, cache, temporary and File types: removes irrelevant files as a general rule, although some of them are regenerated when respringing.
  • Custom files and folders: select the file or folder you want to delete. An option that is disabled by default and that you should only use if you know very well what you are doing.

The application also offers advanced options for the most "professional" users, and which can be accessed by clicking on the "+" button. The aesthetics of iCleaner Pro has been completely updated to the new iOS 7, and in order to install it you have to add the repo "http://exile90software.com/cydia" to Cydia, where you can find it totally free, although with advertising that can be withdraw by payment, but that is not too annoying either. A highly recommended application but one that we must use with caution.

One of the basic applications that every jailbroken iDevice should have.

    Good morning:
When installing it, is it normal that it also requires installing so many threads?
I mean "APT 0.6 Transitional" "APT 0.7 Strict" "Berkley DB" "Core Utilities" ... and a long list of functions that I do not understand, I imagine they are to authorize the program to read and write on the iphone. I personally think that I am going to abstain from this app. It is suspiciously similar to the now famous Windows registry cleaners that cause so many headaches, and that instead of "sweeping" it seems that they "dirty".
Greetings and thanks for the contribution.

Yes, it requires a lot of dependencies, it's true. I was already using it in iOS 6 and the truth is that on some occasion it cleaned some badly installed Cydia packages for me. -

It is a shame that you have that publicity on your website, a page that is a scam and that the only thing that tries is to steal money from people, I was about to fall because I thought that your page was would be and that I would not let this advertising type TIMO
