IconBounce will make your dock icons jump in several different ways, you can see them in the video. If you want all your icons to jump and have animations remember that you can use Motion, although this is not free.

Because the one I have, it does it a little slow, it loads the screen with the apple and it stays for a while until the lock screen appears. Jose Avile, the video is cut, gnzl's respring is the same as everyone else's, he has simply removed the respring part.
