Already five years that saw the light for the first time an Apple Watch. A somewhat risky bet, like all those launched by the Cupertino company. The truth is that I was one of those who thought that not many people would spend 500 Euros on a digital watch that was of little use if you didn't carry your iPhone in your pocket.
Five years later, with five updates in tow, with the same exterior design (it has only grown 2 mm.) Apple can boast that it currently sells more watches than all Swiss manufacturers combined. One of its creators, with an unpronounceable name, Imran chaudhri, has shared sympathetic details of the initial creation of the Apple Watch.
Today is the fifth anniversary from the 2015 debut of the original Apple Watch, and designer Imran Chaudhri, who was part of the original Apple Watch team, has shared some interesting pieces of information about the development process of the famous watch through TechCrunch.
a few fun facts to celebrate 5 years of #AppleWatch

Chaudri has posted a photo of the Apple Watch team taken on launch day, as well as a reproduction of his original sketch for the Apple Watch home screen, with the circular icon shape inspired by the watch of what was originally called the pier.
Digital touch was originally called ET for electronic touch. Chaudri says he named it for its potential as a new form of emotional connection. The "ink" drawing was inspired by his days of graffiti artist.
It tells that the first Apple Watch was built using a 6th generation iPod Nano strapped to an Apple Watch strap. It was created to teach Siri and the Notification Center as the first features of the Apple Watch.
Chaudhri has explained other curiosities, including how the face of Solar Watch was created as a way for Muslims in Ramadan to quickly see the position of the sun, or how the butterflies on the face of Apple Watch Motion they were dead when photographed to avoid damaging them live.
