All the social media they remain in the crosshairs of many security experts, especially given the conflict that Mark Zuckerberg is having with Facebook over algorithms and evasion of responsibilities. However, design teams and developers continue to offer interesting news to try to improve those social networks that are always viewed with a magnifying glass. In the case of Instagram two novelties have been announced. First, the ability to remove individual images from carousels already posted in our profile. And the other related to the notification of errors in the app 'shaking the iPhone' and reporting an error to Instagram.
The news of Instagram: delete part of carousels and 'shake' the iPhone
The new features have been announced through a video shared on Twitter by the head of Instagram called Adam Mosseri. In the video, the two novelties are discussed, emphasizing their importance throughout the world. The first function allows the user delete images individually in previously published image carousels. That is, if we have uploaded 7 images and we no longer like one or we do not want it to be on our profile, we can modify the publication and delete images individually without having to re-upload the carousel.

This function is available worldwide on iOS. As Mosseri has commented, the feature will be coming to Android soon. In the case of the second novelty it is only available in the United States. It is about the notification of errors around the application. For example, if we detect that the stories do not work, that the images do not load even with an Internet connection or that we cannot access the Explore section we can literally shake our mobile and a menu will be displayed where we can report the error to the central offices of Instagram.
The news is available since the update of the app just a few hours ago.
