Seeing the inside of some airports and shopping centers is now available in iOS 11 Apple Maps

This was one of the novelties that were revealed during Apple's keynote at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, on June 5 and in this second beta version launched by Apple, developers already have this function available that allows us to see and locate ourselves in the interior of airports, important buildings and shopping centers. Craig Federighi himself, was in charge of giving the news in the keynote leaving interior visualization available on Apple Maps in cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Boston, Chicago, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tokyo, Toronto and Washington DC.

But at the moment it only appears mapped in some of the most important buildings in the United States and for developers, which are the ones in the second beta version of iOS 11, so do not run to enter Maps when you are near or inside a shopping center, airport, etc., in Spain because it is not available at the moment. Surely they end up implementing it in big cities like Madrid or Barcelona, but there is no news about it.

These are the airports that they have this function available and that it can come in handy if we travel to know the interior of these and be able to move without problems, hopefully they will add many more:

Developers can access these interior maps once they are near a building, they simply access the Maps application and this will show the option See inside. From that moment they will be able to navigate from the application inside the enclosure and see the places of interest. It is possible that the internal maps of these large public buildings, major airports and others will be implemented little by little in the new version of iOS 11. Now the only ones that begin to appear are the ones we mentioned at the beginning, so we have to patients once again and wait for it to arrive in Spain.
