I don't even remember which version of iOS, when we started to delete text by pressing the delete key, a few letters would start to be deleted until it started to delete longer chunks. This could be a problem, since we could eliminate more than we wanted. In the latest versions of iOS, when you start erasing more text, it is whole words that you erase, which may go too slowly. The solution has arrived in the fourth beta of iOS 10 thanks to the Touch 3D.
New in iOS 10 beta 4: we can delete text more quickly
How does this novelty work? Well, it's very simple: if we perform a normal press, the deletion will be as it was in the latest versions; if we press harder, it will erase faster. But the best thing is that it is not the famous Peek & Pop gestures, which only offer two extra options, but the erase speed will increase depending on pressure that we apply to the delete key.
