It usually happens when we start to carefully analyze the first betas of a new Apple operating system, the fact is that many developers look further and like to take a look at the source code to see if there is still data that Apple has not revealed. This has happened in the assumption of the new Control Center. And it is that according to the sources, it is very possible that in the next betas we can see a button "Mobile Data" in the Control Center, a function that has been highly demanded by users and that, inexplicably, Apple has not seen fit to include.
It is true that we have this function in the settings, but here it would be faster and more accessible. For example, if we are going to spend a long period of time with a bad data connection, see "E" or "GPRS", lthe reality is that it is more consequential to deactivate the data directly, since that transfer speed will no longer be sufficient even to connect with the WhatsApp servers, and by deactivating the data, we will save the device from continuously looking for better data coverage, and therefore, save a lot of battery in this type of assumptions. Something like putting it in airplane mode, without giving up phone calls or SMS.
Personally, it is a feature that I would be delighted to receive. It is true, for example, that 4G LTE saves data with respect to 3G, that is, as long as it is in situations of good coverage. The same is what does not happen with 4G, it is a fairly limited network outside of large populations, so in most cases, the device constantly switches between 3G and LTE, which causes a much higher battery consumption. Definitely, the Control Center seems to be getting more and more useful, the arrival of iOS 10 is going to come in handy.
