Almost a week ago the guys from Cupertino increased the limit of downloads through mobile data from 150 to 200 MB, a limit that can be made unnecessary when having mobile lines with unlimited data. That is why now if we access the section iTunes & App Store We can see the menu that you have in the photograph that heads the post. A menu in which we can select the option that Apple let us download any app asking us when they occupy more than 200 MB, or we can also ask to be asked with each download, or even that the download of more than 200 MB is always allowed.
We can download more than 200 MB but we can also activate a new reduced data mode
The funny thing is that Apple wants us to be able to download apps in their entirety using our mobile data but at the same time they have added a new reduced data mode that we can activate through the Mobile Data section of Settings. We don't really know how it works, but they already tell us that they encourage apps to reduce the use of network data.
