Apple just released iOS 8.1.3 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. This new version fixes several bugs and fixes some storage problems, something important on 16GB devices. Remember that to use these firmware downloaded to your computer you must start iTunes and press "Shift + Update / Restore" (Windows) or "Alt + Update / Restore" (Mac OS X) and then select the specific IPSW file for your device. If you are going to restore to make your device "clean" you will need to disable the "Find my iPhone" option in iCloud Settings.
