Apple will continue to sign iOS 9.0.2 for a few days. The exploits used to jailbreak have been closed so we will have to wait for a new jailreak to be able to do it in iOS 9.1

iOS 9.1 works really well, the battery life is much better, the wifi connection has also improved quite a bit. That is difficult to achieve with tweaks. Regarding the new 150 emojis, it is likely that a tweak will come out that allows us to use it, but really if you want your iPhone to work perfectly update. We don't know when they will release a new Jailbreak for this version of iOS, but if you can live without them and want a device that works like a charm, iOS 9.1 is the best option.
