La new version of iOS and iPadOS 13.2.3 it was just released by Apple a few minutes ago for all users. In this new version several important corrections are added, all of them focused on the better functioning of the system on both the iPhone and the compatible iPad.
The beta versions for this new software have not lasted long and in a short time Apple releases the official version for all users. In this case, as we say, it is about fix bugs and troubleshoot of the system. The Mail application, Messages or the downloading of content in the background are looking forward to the news in this version.
The news from Apple in this version 13.2.3 on the iPhone and that they show us in the notes of the new version, are the following:
- Fixes a problem that prevented the correct search function in the system and in Mail, Files and Notes
- Addresses issues that could prevent Mail from retrieving new messages and unable to include or quote the original content of the message in Exchange accounts
- Fixes an issue that could cause photos, links, and other attachments to not display in Messages detail view.
- Fixes an issue that could prevent apps from downloading content in the background
Ultimately these are solutions to various problems of operation and hopefully some problems with the autonomy of the iPhone are also corrected which seems to be affecting several users as we see in the article linked just above these lines. This version keeps draining the battery on my iPhone X, it's a shame… I'm thinking of switching to Android now.
