iOS Blocks, a tweak that will change the way you interact with apps

Designed as one more concept to improve Apple's mobile operating system, iOS Blocks will soon become a reality and it will come to Cydia in the form of a tweak for all those who have jailbreak.

To summarize a bit of what iOS Blocks consists of, it is a concept that deals with unify the best of Windows Phone live tiles and Android widgets, creating a hybrid of both for each of the applications that we have installed on the iPhone.

In this way, with a simple gesture of pinching the icon, we can obtain a small view of the content of that app, being able to revert to its original state or become a widget that we place anywhere on the home screen. iOS 8 brings the ability to insert widgets in the notification center but you will agree with me that this is not the best solution.

Block iOS

This is where iOS Blocks comes in, a very ingenious concept that will soon be a reality thanks to the work of the team led by Matt Clarke, author of other tweaks such as Convergance. Other tweak developers and the author of the concept himself are also on the working group to ensure that his original idea for iOS Blocks is not strayed.

Although it is still early to know the release dates of the tweak, it is already known that iOS Blocks will allow each icon to become a 2 × 2 block with a certain degree of interactivity, exactly as in the video presenting the concept.

I'm sure that iOS Blocks will become one of the best Cydia tweaks and why deny it, hopefully something like this will arrive officially in future versions of the system.
