Apple never tells us the RAM of its iPhone and iPad, and that leads to all kinds of guesswork from when the new models are announced until the first ones arrive at our hands and we can test them with Geekbench, or better yet, iFixit "guts" them and reveals all their internal components.
This year is no exception and although it seems that Apple could have given the iPhone Pro, both the 5,8 and 6,5-inch models, a total of 6GB of RAM, and the cheaper iPhone 11, 4GB of RAM., there are other leaks that ensure that all models would have 4GB of RAM.

Two fairly reliable sources as far as leaks are concerned, ensure that the new iPhone Pro and Pro Max would have 6GB of RAM, which represents an increase of 2GB of RAM compared to the previous year with the iPhone XS and XS Max. It is true that Apple does not usually offer those increases in RAM in a single year, but perhaps the plans it has for these new devices require it. They also coincide in the battery of each of them (3190 and 3500mAh) that would translate, according to Apple, in 4 more hours for the Pro, and 5 more hours for the Pro Max, always compared to previous generations.
The iPhone 11 would keep the 4GB of RAM, increasing 1GB compared to the XR of the previous year, and 3110mAh of battery, a small increase compared to the XR that has 2942mAh, which would coincide with that little more time that the new iPhone would offer. However, there is other news that ensures that the new iPhone, the three models, would have 4GB of RAM, by the tests that appear in Geekbench, the usual benchmark used to see the performance of phones. Who will be right? In a few days we will get out of doubts. One possibility is that both sources are right, and that only the models with more storage of the new iPhone Pro have 6GB, with the rest having only 4GB. It is something that already happens with the iPad Pro, so it is not far-fetched.
