The file will be saved on your computer and you can use it for whatever you want.
iPhone Backup Viewer allows you to recover data from contacts, call history, messages, notes, voice memos, bookmarks and Safari history, photos and application data. To recover this data, we must select the backup and the device in the drop-down in the upper left corner. Once selected, everything you have recovered will appear, and you just have to right-click on the item you want to download to your computer and a menu will appear with the options. Easier impossible.
