This is a tutorial to install a Firmware(Custom), modified by me, with sn0wbreeze v1.3 in a iPhone 2G.
In this way, when you have it installed, it will be with the Jailbreak done and free for any operator.
The Firmware as I say is made by me and it works perfectly (checked).
Requirements
Have installed the iTunes 9.0.3
If it is not installed, update the iTunes directly or download it from the Apple page from here and then install it:
Download the custom Firmware (Modified):
sn0wbreeze_v1.3_OS3.1.3_berllin_iPhone 2G.ipsw
We start
Make a "Backup" for example with PKGBackup previously downloaded from Cydia, in order to later recover the applications that were from Cydia.
Open itunes.
Connect the iPhone and synchronize the iPhone with iTunes to later recover the contacts, calendar, applications from the Apple Store ..., and the backup copy of the Cydia applications that is saved as a contact.
Tighten the shift key (in Windows) at the same time as the key "Restore" on iTunes. The shift key is represented by an outlined arrow pointing up (⇧).
Tighten the Alt key (for Mac) at the same time as the key "Restore" on iTunes.
A window will appear to search for the Firmware Custom 3.1.3 that has been downloaded, is selected and the restoration begins.
When it finishes it is already in Firmware 3.1.3 with the Jalbreak and released for any operator.
Now,
Synchronize with Itunes and recover contacts, calendar, applications ..., from the Apple Store
Open Cydia, update Cydia installer and Install PKGBackup to recover Cydia applications with a "Restore"This will take a while and will depend on the number of applications installed.

These errors are caused by problems with the USB ports of computers

1) - Turn off your iphone.
