Sort the icons that appear in Launcher to your liking, with the same dragging gesture as with our springboard icons, or delete the action by clicking on the "x" in the upper left corner. Once you have everything configured, it will appear in your notification center, and this means that you can access it from anywhere: within an application, on the lock screen or on your springboard.
