If someone installs it on iPhone 4S to say so. I am afraid that it will happen to me like in Beta 2 that I get stuck and I had to put it in DFU mode to be able to remove it and lose data.

I was updating to IOS 7.0 beta 4, when in the end, after restoring the filmware it restarted and presented the error num. 9. Why could it have happened?

            1.    Joshua Vicks Vaporub said

That is, the mobile has lost contact with the USB during the installation. Can you turn on the mobile in a normal way? If so, do it again and leave the phone on the table or change the USB input. =)

I have restored it to 6.1.3 and again update to IO7 it finished the installation process normally, but when restarting, where it shows the apple with the progress bar and itune says not to disconnect it, it does not advance. He has like 3 hours in that state, any ideas?

Go back to 6.1.3 and install beta 3, and from there you update it via OTA to 6.1.4 which will give you less problems. Although beta 3 has nothing to envy to beta 4. lol

Hello. Well look, it is quite simple, you do not need to put the phone in DFU mode to update.

          - Download the beta corresponding to your device model.
          - From iTunes, connect the device and press ALT (mac) or SHIFT (windows) and click on UPDATE. Select the file with the .IPSW extension that you have downloaded and wait =).

Tell me how you have been, and forgive me for taking a long time to answer, I do not look at it as much as I would like.

              1.    Joshua Vicks Vaporub said

That also happened to me, with my 4S but with iOS 7 I get 4S. What I know is what I learned on this page.

    1.    Jaime Rueda said

You do not lose it exactly but when you send it to an apple repair center, it is most likely that if you are not a developer they will return it to you, I think or if you send it to an operator they do not know how to handle it because it is not an official system but beta

      1.    KyrosBlanck said

        So I can't update it? D:

        1.    Jaime Rueda said

that you can you can, total the guarantee of your iphone expires one year but with the beta of ios 7 I don't think the operators know how to handle it and the apple ones will realize that you are not a developer. If you need to send it to repair you must go back to ios 6 and send it like that, I think it is the most recommended

In the cell phone box on the back it says the model, download the beta of your cell phone and model and unzip the file that ends with .ipsw (I used dmg extractor). having the .ipsw file on itunes with the cell phone on, you press shift (the up arrow button in windows) and update and select the beta file. Wait and go, nothing is deleted from your cell phone if you do it right. Greetings

From mozilla just click on download or use the command "ctrl + j" and when you open the downloads tab you just right click on the file and select open source folder

I already have it installed on my iphone 4, but when configuring the iphone it tells me that I am not a developer and I cannot access it. Any suggestions?

I have tried 3 times in a row and I always get the Activation error message… for not being a registered developer.

Hello I updated my iphone 4s via OTA to beta 4 but the central button of the headphones does not work, to reinstall beta 4 what should I do, I put it in DFU or Recovery mode and shit + restore? Or do I necessarily have to go back to 6.1.3 and then update to beta 4? ... Someone who has passed this on, is that I do not know what is the best way to update it and use beta 4 cleanly ...
