MagicPlan, the new application of the week in the App StoreIt is one of those apps that have been available for a long time and that, when you try them, leave you impressed. The problem is that it is usually a one-time application so it ends up being unpopular with users.
With MagicPlan for iPhone and iPad you can measure, draw and post an interactive plan of your home (or the neighbor's) just by taking pictures. As simple as that.
If you plan to furnish a room or make reforms, with Magic Plan everything will be much easier. The application relies on the use of the gyroscope so only the iPhone 4 / 4S with iOS 5.0 will be able to use it, an aspect to take into account before heading to the App Store.
When you have your full plan, you can export it in different formats (PDF, JPG, DXF) or save it in your history for future reference. If you have a hard time believing how well MagicPlan works, here is a demonstration from an iPad:

As you can see, the key to MagicPlan is to correctly mark the corners of the room (which are reflected as cones) and the application will take care of calculating its shape and surface.
If you want to try Magic Plan on your iPhone or iPad, do not stay with the desire, it is a free application that you can download by clicking on the following link:

Excellent application for project development and time saving in the erection of buildings, information that can be updated to the minute with this application. I congratulate the creator of this wonderful technological contraption.
It would be interesting to explore this application at the urban level. I invite you to visit http://www.metropolisgraphic.com where you will find the city of Manizales in Colombia, shown in a cartoonish way.
