In the same way that a while ago we saw a modification that turned Sparrow into the default email management application on iOS called Sparrow+ and downloadable for free in Cydia for all jailbroken devices, today a similar modification arrives but for make the Gmail application the default application.
Make Gmail as default, As its name indicates, makes Gmail the default application for email management, thus supplanting the place of the native iOS Mail app. After installing this tweak when you click on an email address (link mailto) The Gmail application will open to send this email.
The bad thing is that still does not work with iOS internal links like share a YouTube video or an app from the App Store with native share buttons. The good thing is that you can now choose the email client you want to use, iOS Mail, Google Gmail or Sparrow; We just need to be able to use Mailbox, we hope someone will make a similar tweak soon.
It has no icon or settings, if you want to disable it simply go to Cydia, look for the package, click on modify and select uninstall.
You can download it free on Cydia, you will find it in the ModMyi repo. You need to have done the jailbreak on your device.

Apparently it gave problems, so they took it out, I suppose to improve it. I hope they incorporate it soon, it would be very useful to me.
