Motocross Elite, a fun and simple motorcycle game

Elite Motocross, is a nice motorcycle game that will keep us entertained for a few hours. With a 2D design, the game invites us to overcome races full of obstacles and jumps to get to the finish line first, something that the five opponents will try to prevent us as much as possible.

The handling of the motorcycle in Motocross Elite is very simple. At the bottom of the screen we have the touch controls, specifically, four buttons that will help us control the motorcycle at will. The two buttons on the left control the movement of the rider on the motorcycle, if we press the arrow to the left, the weight falls on the rear wheel and the motorcycle makes a wheelie while the button on the side has the opposite effect. In the right area of the screen we have the accelerate button and the brake button that we will rarely need.

If we are able to master the movements of the motorcycle, we will have successfully passed a large part of the levels that Motocross Elite incorporates. It's a shame that there are only 50 tracks because they are very short and that affects the total playing time, making this one of the main problems we see. Fortunately, the developer has already indicated its intention to add more levels in future updates.

Another key point in the gameplay of Motocross Elite lies in its motorcycle upgrade system. As we are getting medals, the game will reward us with coins that we can invest in improvements for our motorcycle and rider. This is another source of income for Motocross Elite since, as you may be imagining, the coins can also be purchased with real money for those who do not want to go through a slower evolution process than they would like.

It's a shame that Motocross Elite don't be a universal game and we have to pay twice if we want to enjoy it on the iPhone or iPod Touch on the one hand and on the iPad on the other. You already know that the version with the acronym HD is the one with its interface adapted to the Apple tablet.
