New Apple: The Song ad for Christmas

La apple advertising it is almost always the trendsetter. Sometimes to copy it, sometimes to imitate it on competing devices, and in other cases, to make fun of it. It doesn't matter how, but it's difficult for the Cupertino-based company to launch a new spot and we won't find out. And in this case, it seems that from the block they have gotten a bit melancholic with the arrival of the new parties, because they have decided to congratulate us in a very particular way in which we hardly see their devices in the foreground.

Although logically in the whole spot references are made to Apple and its applications, especially GarageBand, which is the one that is supposed to have composed the final work, the history of the family is the main protagonist. A story that moves, a story that hooks, in short, one of those classic Christmas stories that although we see them practically everywhere, almost everyone (at least at the beginning of these dates) we like to see again and again. Although Apple may have been a classic, it seems that it has not strayed too far from what was expected of it.

Actually, this Apple TV ad to me personally, I was not quite convinced. It has a good production, and the story has what you have to have so that the public stays watching it until the end. But it seems too little original to be the company, and even more so, to be the way to wish the most classic happy holidays. Some critics have toned it down for Christmas friendliness, settling for a could be better. And the truth is that I share that opinion. Hook up and it's very Christmas, but it's not quite as Apple as it should be.
