As the writer of a blog where we occasionally talk about Apple TV, one of the things I do every time I use Apple's latest set-top box is to open their App Store and see what new applications they have added or which of tvOS applications are liking users. In the section of purchased applications, I used to look in the sections "Recent purchases", to see if they had uploaded an application that I already had on iOS, and "Recently updated", to see if any application had included an interesting news. Thanks to a new section in the TvOS App Store, I will have to pay less attention.
This is the "Not on this Apple TV" section. From now on, when I want to see if one of the applications that I have purchased in iOS is available for Apple TV I will only have to look in that new section. Logically, there are many that I will not want to install in the latest Apple set-top box, such as the application of my bank, but there will be many others that I would be interested in having on the fourth generation Apple TV, such as, for example, some games.
New small improvement in the tvOS App Store
Without going any further, I recently learned that the Real Racing 3 it was available for the Apple TV 4 for a comment on this blog. Being a game that I downloaded for the first time when it was released for iOS, until today, on Apple TV it would have appeared among the first (at the bottom) in the "Recent purchases" section, although it is also likely that this section has a limit, so it might not appear in my list of purchased apps.
These types of changes that are added to the application stores of Apple devices are developed in HTML5so they can introduce them without the need to release a tvOS update. In any case, the development of everything related to the fourth-generation Apple TV is progressing steadily.
Thanks for all news on appletv I like to be informed.
Now I'll take a look at it. The truth is that I, too, every two days I go through the entire AppStore to see if there is something new and I have to go through the entire AppStore because the new apps is not reliable and not even real Racing appears and what I do is get into successes and I go through the top of all paid apps and the top of all free apps and I see more or less almost everything that by the way they have introduced a lot of new apps (but very simple that are not worth anything) and Apple has also launched the iMovie theater app to see the movies we have created.
P.S. They have to further refine the AppStore on Apple TV with the news of apps and many apps that do not appear anywhere but that I have discovered and found by another app from the same developer, that is, I could not find a game anywhere but when I saw another game from the same developer and see what the game is about below, I got more games from that developer that I did not see anywhere in the AppStore but that by clicking on it took me to the game and to download it. So I see many bugs that the apps are not very organized and if I enter the games section they should all be there and they are not. He's super disorganized.
