NoSlowAnimations, speed up iPhone transitions (Cydia)

One of the trickiest parts when dealing with iOS 7 for the first time is the transitions between applications. When we first tested this operating system, it was noticeable that they were quite slow and slowed down browsing. With the upgrade to iOS 7.0.3 This issue has been partially fixed as the transitions with motion reduction turned on have been changed to slightly faster. If we have the movement reduction deactivated, we can verify that the transitions remain the same as at the beginning.

But even if they are faster, for many they will not be fast enough. Luckily this can now be changed thanks to a tweak, making our device go like a bullet, something that is noticeable from the first second that we have it activated and that significantly improves the user experience.

This tweak is under the name of NoSlowAnimations in the repo of BigBoss, so it does not offer any complications when downloading it. Once installed, when we open it we will see the screen that appears in the image that heads this article. As you can see, it couldn't be simpler.

When it comes to making it work, we just have to make sure that we have it in enabled and choose the speed at which we want the transitions to go. If we put it to the minimum, there will be no type of transition, but the new windows will open immediately; if we set it to 0,5 (by default), we will see how the transitions go much faster but they can still be appreciated (recomendado); Finally, if we set it to the maximum, no effect will be applied and the transitions will be the ones that come by default with the operating system.

Ideally, you should try the different parameters it offers and choose the one you like the most, but without a doubt it is a tweak that is very worth having on our device.

I have not noticed anything unusual in that regard, a tweak of ten.

0.7 or 0.8 is what most resembles the beta of ios 7.1, good speed but appreciating the animations, because to put it too fast we remove them and that's it ... but it loses its grace

I have installed it for a week, and it made everything more normal, I do not like to waste time for a transition, I keep it at 0.4 speed and it is excellent for my indispensable, the phones become more fluid, the touchpad responds as it should since it original transition did not overlook certain touches, in short I recommend it does not cause any battery or instability problems, nothing, everything is perfect.
