Several months ago, Eddy Cue and Craig Federighi spoke about Apple news in an extensive interview. In that interview they had time to talk about the fourth generation Apple TV and a much more capable Remote application that would allow us to leave the Siri Remote in a drawer and use all its functions from our iPhone, iPod Touch the iPad, but not with the iPad. The app that was previously called just "Remote" is now called "iTunes Remote," so it will either no longer be compatible with the fourth-generation Apple TV in a future update or it will continue to be as limited as it is right now. That application allowed us to move around the tvOS interface, but we could not use it to play games or to ask him for things via Siri. From what I have been able to test (little), with Apple TV Remote it is easier to navigate tvOS menus, something that the Menu and Home buttons contribute to. Asking Siri for things works pretty well too, but we have to keep in mind that the iPhone's microphone is on the bottom of the phone, not on top like on the Siri Remote. In short, we are facing an application that puts a Siri Remote on our iPhone or iPod. My question is: could not they have added this function in the Remote application that was already available?
