iOS 15.3.1 now available fixing a security issue

The Cupertino servers have released a new update to both iOS and iPadOS, 15.3.1, a minor update hitting the market two weeks later of the launch of iOS and iPadOS 15.3.

This new update is available for all devices upgrading to iOS and iPadOS 15: iPhone 6s and later, iPad Air 2 and later, iPad 5th generation and later, iPad Pro (all models), iPad mini 4 and later, and iPod touch (7th generation).

As we can see in the details of the update that Apple has posted on its website, this update fixes a WebKit issue where malicious web content could cause arbitrary code execution on devices via device memory.

Apple states that, according to a previous report, this vulnerability has been actively exploited in the past, so it is recommended to update all devices that are managed by iOS and iPadOS 15 as soon as possible.

How to update iPhone to the latest version

For update our iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS, our device must be above 50% battery (although with some updates it is not necessary).
