Runtastic once again encourages us to follow healthy habits with Nutrition test, an application for iPhone and iPad that has been developed by professional nutritionists to ensure that we lead a healthier lifestyle and by the way, we discover what is true or false in some of the myths related to nutrition.
What is most striking as soon as we open the Nutrition Test is a huge button with the Play symbol that, after pressing it, will invite us to complete a 10-question test in which we will have to find out what is truth or myth in the statement. As in any contest, our duty is to respond appropriately and in the shortest possible time since the longer we take, the lower the final score we get.
Every time we answer a question, Nutrition Test will show us a description that provides more data relevant to expand our knowledge, in addition, we can mark that question as a favorite or share the advice through Facebook or Twitter.
When we finish the test, the final score will appear on the screen and we will have access to the leaderboard to check in what position have we been compared to other players around the world. The application also has a section designed to memorize our trajectory as a player and in which we can discover the highest score we have achieved, the number of tests completed, the level of tests completed compared to those that we have canceled and the total responses correct versus incorrect.
If instead of expanding our knowledge through the test we prefer to do it more on our own terms, we can navigate between the different categories to discover interesting curiosities that we had not noticed until now.
Nutrition test for iOS devices has a paid version and another free. The difference between one and the other is that the PRO version gives us access to eight additional categories and allows us to compare our results with friends using the personalized leaderboard.
