This app is expected to be integrated into the existing OpenTable app (not available in Spain).

There is no data on how the new system would fare relative to Apple's In-App purchase program. Those in Cupertino generally refuse to allow this kind of thing, like the now famous rejecting Amazon's attempt to allow users to buy books directly through Amazon's Kindle app.
However, Apple and OpenTable have a history of close collaboration, such as OpenTable are behind the reserve capacity of restaurant integrated in Crab.
For now, These services are only available in the US. and they are not expected to arrive in our country in the near future. Hopefully in a while this app will land in Spain, or better yet, that someone will create a Spanish application with these characteristics.
