Pangu, which is the name of this tool (it has been a long time since using original names has been used). Now available for download from the official Pangu website in its first version (v1.0.0) and currently only available for Windows.
Pangu for iOS 9 works with all devices that have iOS 9.0, 9.0.1 and 9.0.2 installed, including the newly released iPhone 6s and 6s Plus. What we do not know is if this tool is compatible with the new iOS 9.1 that has not yet been released but is already in its fifth Beta available, so its launch is imminent. On this occasion Pangu has collaborated with Saurik and other hackers known as iH8sn0w, so in principle there should be no problem with Cydia.
Although Cydia is expected to be fully supported, differences between iOS 8 and iOS 9 will make many of the existing tweaks unsupported, especially those that depend on Cydia Substrate. As Saurik has worked with Pangu, it is more than likely that he already has the necessary updates ready for everything to work properly, but the tweak developers will now have to get down to work to adapt their tweaks to Apple's new mobile operating system.
