The PDF file format has become the most widely used when sharing documents to avoid subsequent modification, either through private companies or through public bodies. In the App Store we can find a large number of applications that allow us to edit files in this format. Today we are talking about PDF Pro 2, an application that allows us to read, edit and annotate PDF files directly from our iPhone and iPad. This application has a regular price in the App Store of 3,99 euros, but for a limited time we can download it for free through the link that I leave at the end of the article.
With PDF Pro 2 we can highlight text, take notes, make drawings with our fingers, add voice recordings or photo annotations, perform text searches both in PDF files and in the entire library of files that we have in the application. It is also compatible with forms in PDF files as well as allowing us to sign documents in this format.
PDF Pro 2 is compatible with Dropbox, Google Drive, FTP servers, WebDAV… But we can also copy them directly to the application when we connect our smartphone to iTunes or open them directly from the mail application thanks to the extension offered by the application. Once we have finished editing the file, including annotations, we can directly print them from the application itself or share through email.
One of the options that PDF Pro 2 has and that we cannot find in other applications of this type, is the compatibility with password-protected files, a password that we must know in order to open the document as is logical. If we usually work with this file format, it is a good opportunity to try another application, especially since it is available for download for free and to celebrate the launch of version 3 of PDF Pro.
