Users of Pebble for iOS from the Verizon operator are beginning to receive the update they needed to be able to reply to messages, send emojis or even reply via voice messages. A few months ago we told you about the company's plans to offer this possibility which is natively capped by Apple, as is the case with Android Wear-based devices, which cannot respond to text messages directly from your smartwatch if it is linked to an iPhone.
Formerly this option was only available to AT&T users, which was the first to offer it. But after the update to version 3.1.1, the application to control the Pebble offers the same possibilities to users of the Verizon operator. Once we have updated the application to the latest version, we just have to activate the option and from that moment we can send emojis, predetermined responses that we have previously established or send voice messages. Of course, this last option is only available in the Time range, since the older models do not have a microphone with which to interact.
But this new update also brings us improvements in the accuracy with which sleep hours are measured, possibility of repeating the alarms that we have established in the Pebble, reminders, notifications in addition to other vibration patterns so that depending on the vibration we know without looking at the device what type of notification we have received.
To finish with the news, the manufacturer Pebble has renamed the application to manage the smartwatch going from Pebble Time to Pebble, in this way we will only be able to control the different Pebbles that we can have from the same application.
I have the pebble classic it also works or from which pebble is
In theory yes. The only limitation is in the possibility of answering by voice messages, which is to Pebble Time. Of course, it is only available if your operator is AT&T or Verizon.
This option has been misconfigured in my Pebble, how can I put it back thanks
