When Craig Federighi presented iOS 9 at the World Wide Developers Conference last June, the most striking thing he presented was the multitasking of the iPad. This multitasking allows, in the iPad Air 2, to use the split screen, which allows us to run two applications at the same time. It also allows Slide Over, which is a way of dividing the screen, but having only one strip on the right side of one of the applications superimposed on the main application. And, on the other hand, it also allows you to do Picture-in-Picture, which is to see some videos floating above the system. The rest of the devices can't handle the PiP, can they? Yes. Pegasus will allow us to enjoy the Picture-in-Picture even on an older iPhone.
Using Pegasus couldn't be easier. Simply install the tweak and we can use it from any compatible application. For example, in the case of the following screenshots, I have done it with Safari on a YouTube video embedded in a web page. We will only have a total of four buttons: the first, the one indicated with the arrow, is the one that will make us enter the picture-in-picture mode (Picture-in-Picture). Once we "take off" the video, when we touch its window, three more buttons will appear: to return the video to its site, pause or close it.
There is only one more thing we can do and that is resize window floating video. To resize the window, we will do it with the Pinch to Zoom gesture, that is, pinch or open the fingers to make it smaller or larger respectively.
Pegasus is a great tweak especially if we have an iPad, since together with Medusa it completes the package to have the same multitasking as the iPad Air 2, but it does not make much sense (for me) on the iPhone beyond being able to teach it and talk of him, although it can come in handy depending on what occasions.
