mcoolPhone is an application available in Cydia with which you can pick up incoming calls on your iPhone agitating it or simply by holding the iPhone to your ear. You can adjust the sensitivity of the accelerometer to adjust it to the movement you want to make to pick up the call.
The only and enough drawback for not using the application normally is that if we do not want to acquire the use license, we only have 3 day trial.
In theory, it seems useful; we will see in practice.
