pokemon go apple watch

We had been waiting for the compatibility of Pokémon Go with the Apple Watch for a long time and a few minutes ago the update to version 1.21.2 that makes the Apple watch compatible with this game.

For now we can say that what is added in the description of this update is clear and direct, Pokémon Go for Apps Watch and a solution to minor errors. With this, the tweet that they launched from Niantic on December 17 is officially confirmed, commenting that the new version compatible with Apple's smart watch was very close. It's only been 5 days and we already have this update available.

This is the tweet from the developer Niantic with which they reported the imminent launch:

On the other hand, it must be said that they have taken their time and the game no longer has the same number of users that it captured in the beginning, but users who have continued playing and have an Apple watch will be rewarded. Obviously now it may with this new version compatible with the Apple watch the thing is animated a little more. These are some of the captures made with the application installed on the Apple Watch:

How do I download it to my watch?

The application is downloaded the same as any other update since is integrated into the iPhone appHowever, it may take longer than expected taking into account the number of users who will be updating at this time and in the hours after the release of this update. In this case, it is best to be patient and not stop the download even if we see that it does not progress very quickly. Once downloaded we have to enter the iPhone Watch application and press show on the Apple Watch.

What does it add to the Apple Watch?

This is the part that we are all waiting for, see and test the app on the watch. The use is simple and intuitive since it involves receive game notifications on our watch. We can start the session directly from the clock itself, we will receive notifications about the Pokémon that we have nearby, the pokeparadas and information about the badges or labeled eggs, we will also be able to see the steps that we have left for the Pokémon eggs to open at any time from the clock.

It has taken but the long-awaited application of Pokémon Go for the Apple watch is now available.

I have tested it for 4 hours this morning; both the Watch and the iPhone were 100% charged and finished at 30% and 50% respectively. The distance traveled has not been applied to obtaining candy or raising eggs, and the two pokemon notifications (2 Rattatas, what a surprise) have not corresponded to actual appearances on the mobile. I get the impression that they are absolutely useless.
