According to the Financial Times, PUBG Mobile has generated 146 million dollars in the month of May alone. All that money has been generated through in-game purchases, purchases that, as in Fortnite, only affect the aesthetics of the players and the weapons they use.
An important part of those 146 million dollars, comes from the Chinese PUBG, called Game For Peace and that it has contributed 70 of the 76 million. Tencent had had many problems when it came to being able to distribute PUBG Mobile in China, which forced it to modify the moment of death of the characters.

Game For Peace is exactly the same game as PUBG Mobile, where the only difference is found in the moment the character dies. At that moment, instead of the figure of the deceased character lying on the ground appearing for a few seconds, the character is shown saying goodbye to the person who deleted it.
